Aston & James, LLC Refund policy

1. Once the client has executed the Aston & James, LLC contractual documents, the client will have a period of twenty-four (24) hours from the moment which the contractual documents are received by Aston & James, LLC to make any changes to their services selection, including requesting for a full-refund of any monies paid.

2. Following the expiry of twenty-four (24) hours from the moment the contractual documents are received by Aston & James, LLC, any refund request by an Aston & James, LLC client will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Should there be a decision by Aston & James, LLC to refund any portion of a client's funds, the refund will be calculated as the refund amount request minus the total number of hours expended by Aston & James, LLC with the client at the current hourly rate of $250 (USD).

3. There will be no refunds provided for clients whom have selected any combination of the Hourly Trusted Adviser Service.
